We encourage clients to enter into the process of Mediation when clients are willing and able to meet their partner/former partner and where there is some belief that that will bring about a resolution with the assistance of a trained mediator.
We can assess the benefits or otherwise of Mediation, advise on timing a referral and indeed make the referral.
We have close links with several mediators in the area and can support and encourage the process as required, which if successful can bring about a cheaper and more amicable resolution for all concerned.
